Jog Falls
The world famous Jog Falls ís in Sagar Taluk, Shivamogga District. It is approximately 30 km from Sagar if we go by national highway 206. Sharavati, a river which rises at Ambutirtha, near Nonabar, in the Tirthahalli taluk and takes the north-westerly course by Fatte petta, receives the Haridravati on the right below Pattaguppe and the Yenne Hole on the left above Barangi.
